Echo Transit
Sound generates movement; movement bends sound.
Echo Transit is a live duet between electronic producer and composer Anna Karina and movement artist Veronica Lillo: a body that receives, distorts and transmits sonic pressure.
Developed through reciprocal listening and real-time exchange, the piece moves through five fixed states: signal, distortion, feedback, saturation, residue. Within this structure, sound and movement shape each other in real time. Neither leads; together they form a single compositional field.
The dramaturgy stays constant, while everything around it evolves: each presentation brings new costumes, light, sound material and movement, shaped by its space, audience and encounter. Each performance is composed and alive at once.
